Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

  • Processing times may vary excluding holidays and weekends.​

  • Free shipping on domestic orders $100+​​

  • Your order will be shipped to the address provided at the time you ordered. It's important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment.

  • If the product(s) are returned to sender, we will reship your items after reshipping costs have been paid.  

  • If an incorrect/ incomplete address is provided at checkout, we will not be responsible for any additional product/ shipping costs incurred.

  • No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us!

OUR RETURN POLICY IS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Items are eligible for return if:

  • All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached

  • Items are received within 14 days from the original purchase date.

  • All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.

  • We must be notified with in 7 business days of receiving your items if any problems or damages to your order. Otherwise they will not be eligible for a return.

  • Store credit only includes the original purchase price of the products, and does not include original shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order or paid to return item.

  • All Sale merchandise and All Accessories purchases are a FINAL SALE.

  • If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. Items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

  • If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service.

  • All claims must be made within 14 days of purchase date.

RETURNING AN ORDER

To return an item by mail:

  • Enclose a copy of your receipt, highlighting or circling which items you are returning.

 

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
